Hi I just bought this dvr as I got a 4ch one for a mate a few weeks ago and I like it so I got I set his all up on phone with the app got it online and all but my 8ch one keeps going offline and I noticed when I scan the QR it’s saying not valid can any one help with theses problems is it because i had my mates on my app and now mine all help please welcome thanks jonathan

Check that your DVR is running the latest available firmware.
If you cannot add it by reading the QR code then please try entering the serial code instead (shown on the product's label AND on the box).
