AX PRO Hikvision AX pro wireless - can I change system arm to a tone on IOS?

Good Morning,

We have a Hikvision AX pro wireless system & wanting to change the voice from system arm to a simple notification sound.

I can see on the android system it has Customize alarm audio under arm which would be perfect, but I don't see that on the IOS system.

Any suggestions please?

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed elsewhere in the forum and is/was deemed not possible on IOS

You can only change the notification sound on an iPhone if the specific app allows it.

Third-party developers need to implement the ability to choose a custom notification sound within the app.
So it would be down to Hik-Connect developers to write it into the app (I wish they would!)

ah dam. C'mon Hikconnect. should be simple fix. I know other alarm apps you can change the sound notifications arm/disarm
