Firmware version: V1.2.8 build 221219
Not sure if that is the latest firmware or not but I see the a red arrow pointing up in the Hik-Partner-Pro app indicating there is a update.
So I go to Maintenance and start the upgrading process (I have updated successfully using this method before)
I did make sure my phone screen and the app stay on during process.
For some reason now the purple round "Upgrading..." screen stuck there for hours.
After waiting for half an hour, I did a reboot and went to the Maintenance menu but the purple circle is still there.
What should I do?
