HikCentral Remote Access Administration?

Hi, If you could help me resolve this...
I have one server with hikcentral professional installed, and i have two monitoring workstations with only hikcentral control client installed. The monitoring workstations connect with no problems with the server.
My client wants to use one of the workstations for access control administration. He wants to be able to configure cards, personnel, etc, at the workstation, not at the server web client.
The dealer just told me to get a license for HikCentral Access Control but that would be two separate systems.

Do you know how can i do this?

He just needs to type server ip address and http port to any browser and login with user that is in group of administrators.

You do not need additional licences.
