HIK Vision IP cameras user and password unknown

Hi,

I can't access to my camers IP HIk Vision (DS-2CD1001-I20170313) :
The message is : the user or password incorrect

I Would like to change it but I can't access to my cameras.

I use Mac iOS, iVMS-4220 and SADP.

I send a message to info@use-ip.co.uk but I have not got any callback (answers).

I can't add the cameras to HIk-Connect too.

COULD YOU HELP ME, PLEASE?

I'm afraid that we can only provide password resets for our own customers - people who purchased their Hikvision devices from us.

You will need to contact your reseller.
