Hik vision door station DS-KV6113-WPE1(c). Not coming on?

Hi I have recently installed Hikvision NVR with 4 poe cameras. All working fine. I was a changing my old doorbell for the Hik vision door station / villa - Model DS-KV6113-WPE1(c) and going to connect to NVR via wifi. Problem is nothing is happening to the door station, no sign of life. Ive checked connections all seem good. Im using original wiring from old doorbell and transformer. voltage coming in at 15volts.
Any help advice much appreciated thanks.
