Hik-Connect Hik Connect iPad App - can I set it to provide a permanent live view?

Has anyone come across the live view of cameras needing refreshed, i have a display ipad thats got an ethernet cable plugged directly into the nvr. The cameras pause with the refresh button every 2/3 hours?

Hik Connect App is not designed for permanent live view! Maybe use the old ivms 4500 as App or use directly browser live view.
