Hi all, quick question please, trying to access camera settings via PTZ control and using iris+ but this does not bring up camera settings to turn light off?
Using a hi-look nvr 208mh-c/8p [L11643116], many thanks

Using PTZ control to access the camera menu only works for analogue HD cameras on a DVR. If you have IP cameras connected to an NVR, some of the basic camera settings will be accessed via the NVR (either on a locally connected monitor or using a web browser). Any settings that aren't available via the NVR would be accessed by connecting to the camera directly via web browser. On Hikvision models where cameras are connected to the NVR PoE ports directly, this can be done in a few ways:
With Virtual Host enabled. While connected to the NVR in a web browser, links are available for each camera in the menu (Configuration > System > Camera Management)
With Virtual Host enabled. Using a browser go to http://NVR_IP_Address:6500x (where x is the single digit camera number)
Without Virtual Host. Connect a laptop to a spare PoE port, configure its IP address in the same range as the NVRs camera subnet (usually 192.168.254.xxx), then access the camera directly in a web browser using its 192.168.254.xxx address.
The camera admin login details are usually the same as the ones you use to login to the NVR.
