[Help] Question/Information about Hikvision NVR

Hi all,
I am new here and need a little help.

Colleague of mine has Hikvions NVR from with RR region (model: DS-9616N-F8).
He wants to update the device in order to use the new Cloud services the company offers.

Can someone help me and tell me on which Hikvision site can I download the latest firmware to this device for him ?

I guess contact Hikvision Tech Support for your/that region.

In my experience, Hikvision devices will not allow you to upload/update with the wrong device firmware.
Therefore, you should be OK to try with the appropriate firmware for the device from the European portal.
