Why motion detect from Hanbang ip camera and Dahua NVR doesn't work? I need this function because I don't have enough space on my hdd.

Unfortunately, when you mix manufacturers within a system, you can lose access to some of the more advanced features (e.g. motion detection) due to a lack of compatibility.
The only way you can guarantee access to all of the camera's features from the NVR is to use the same brand.
If your Hanbang camera has a microSD card slot, then you should be able to log into the camera directly and set up motion detection this way, but you would need to save all of the footage to the memory card.
