Just a quickie to explain that after we fell-out with HikVision over them deciding they would no longer allow end-users to purchase HikVision-branded IP cameras, HikVision ordered their UK distributor of EZVIZ cameras to stop supplying us with EZVIZ products too.

all my cams worked perfectly for one week then all went offline...all my other wireless devices are working...I am betting it is their server but nobody is working on National holidays ...good time for a thief to strike
