- I bought NVR 7616NXI K1 version (B), the supplier said that it comes after the version without the letter (B), but it has not updated many features :/
+ The first is the human recognition feature, it mistook tree shadows and lights for people and it beeped all night. I have adjusted all the sensitivity, extremely helpless.
+ The second problem is the crossing line function. I set A>>>B but when people move across the line, I receive alarms instead of people only moving in one direction. If someone can help me, I will provide the IP.

On the channel that is giving you frustration

1: Is the NVR set to "AI by Device" or "AI by Camera"?

2: Do your endpoints have G2 Acusense?

Camera not acusense, NVR set by device

Position your camera on different direction to check. It is the camera.
The problem is not the NVR, it is possibly the tiles their shapes and their reflections on the floor.

The second one has remained on russian ftp. Cannot find a newer guide for that....
