DS-7604NI-I1 /4p firmware V4.60.005_231219 browser not working properly?

Hi has anyone noticed on version V4.60.005 231219 Australia some buttons are now not working on chrome browser?
For example clicking smart events - you click on it and nothing opens up.
Notice this update on 2 NVRS with this same firmware.
Tried using it on Edge and still the same problem.
Also, cant click on storage.

The firmware may well have broken some of the browser access, we've seen similar before...
Any luck if you delete all cookies for the page and press Ctrl+F5?
Or use Edge in IE mode / iVMS-4200?
