DS-2CD2387G2 camera crashes when saving changes

Hi everyone,

Seeking help with DS-2CD2387G2 cameras crashing when I save changes via the web GUI. While the cameras are offline, the NVR displays the following error messages “failed to get stream.(0x1b01032)” under the camera view. The cameras also take 3-5mins to come back online. I will appreciate any help.

Camera Model: DS-2CD2387G2-LU
Firmware: V5.7.3 build 220112

Hi @TTraj

Where did you download the camera firmware from? I haven't seen that particular build no. before so I suspect it is for a region we're not familiar with.

Could you let us know where you are based, please?

If you're mixing firmware from different regions / portals, then this may cause the cameras to behave strangely.
