I set up the Hikvision intercom 2 months ago without any problem but now the outdoor unit DS-KV8113-WME1(C) do not connect to the wifi.
The wifi is strong enough , I have an outdoor range extender.
For some reason the door unit does not connect to the wifi any more, the inside unit DS-KH6320-WTE1 is working normally.
The firmware is upgraded but it didn't solved the issue .
The outdoor device is online but when I access with the phone app after 10-15 sec the wifi connection will end.
We did many tests to check the wifi connection quality but seems this problem persists only with this device .
Does anybody know what could be the reason, and why it worked perfectly for almost 2 months?
