Dome replacement covers?

Hello all,

Can anyone help and suggest were to get replacement dome covers for the following cameras.

Hikvision: DS-2CD2142FWD 4MP IP dome cameras.

Daytime view is perfect but the night vision looks barely watchable.

It seem like the ploycarbonate outer shell has deteriorated over the years and even cleaning doesn't help.
