I successfully installed my DOME PTZ IP Camera, with the dome facing downwards. In this way from my software R means right U means up etc.
However I have now remounted elsewhere directly onto a wall with the dome pointing outwards. Now the controls are all messed up and non linear. Left moves in a circle & Up is all over the place. Is it possible to reconfigure axis on camera to a logical positioning. It's not really controllable at the moment. BTW My cam is mounted just above the front door (in height) I am trying to achieve a broader field of vision, so I can look further on the horizon as well as down below , left and right. Im possibly asking too much of camera. I have a suspicion that were I willing/able to mount higher up, but still pointing down then some of my problems would disappear, but I don't want to. ( I think its too obvious/ intrusive for neighbours)
