after 18 hours of internet searches and trial and error I am desperately looking for a solution to an (maybe self induced) error.
My set up is as follows.
VTH1550CHW-2-S1 (2 Wire indoor monitor)
VTNC3000A (2 wire controller)
VTO4202F-P (Modular door station)
VTO4202F-MB2 (2 Button module)
VTO4202F-ML (Indicator module)
VTO4202F-MF (Fingerprint module)
Ethernet cable connected to the VTNC3000A (2 wire controller), VTNC3000A (2 wire controller) connected per 2 wire to the VTH1550CHW-2-S1 (2 Wire indoor monitor) and connected per 2 wire to the VTO4202F-P (Modular door station). Although the VTO4202F-P (Modular door station) has been initialised (I did this by connecting an ethernet cable from my router directly to the ethernet port on the back of the VTO4202F-P Modular door station) the config tool only finds the VTH1550CHW-2-S1 (2 Wire indoor monitor).
My questions:
Is the VTNC3000A (2 wire controller) compatible with the VTO4202F-P (Modular door station)?
Do I have the correct indoor monitor (VTH1550CHW-2-S1) for the VTO4202F-P (Modular door station)?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
