Can someone please help l have 2 wifi ip cameras .One has gone off line on the DMSS app, I have enclosed 2 pictures the Spain 1 is the accessible unit

Hi Steve,
When you use the camera sn number in the app you can watch your camera remotely. See image
Your second camera is linked with IP adress. So thats why you can only see it on your local network.
