Hello, i just installed a DS-7600 hikvision nvr system with 8MP turret cameras and i set up the remote and wifi viewing on my phone but cannot set it up on my wifes iphone, i keep getting this error. does anyone know how to fix this? would really appreciate some help on how to set up remote viewing.

Presumably you have set up your access via the Hik-Connect portal and App?
If so, see their guidance on sharing in Hik-Connect to permit access from your wife's phone:
