I changed the network base ip address of nvr and cameras. Every thing works fine while I connect from the NVR consol. NVR is recording okay and displaying and playbacks ok. Nothing is missing in the recording. But when I go to iVMS 4200 client, online devices lists everything ok. Now when I add the NVR to the system it displays user name or password incorrect and locks me out. I can manage my NVR directly from the console. The passwords are ok. But I am helpless at iVMS. I have deinstalled ivms client and reinstalled several times, it is the same. Changed network addresses to the original, no help. I shall highly appreciate if someone can show me how to reset the NVR and start fresh.
