I have 4 PTZ cameras connected to Blue Iris 5 on my Windows 10 computer.
I have now got a Concept Pro cctv keyboard VA-KBD Pro+, can I use this on my system.

If it is a USB keyboard, then probably yes.
Normally you would plug it into your PC, and your CCTV software should be able to use it.
Of course, Windows, drivers, etc. permitting.
