Can Hikvision DS-2CD4025FWD-AP identify car license plates?

Is there a firmware for the Hikvision DS-2CD4025FWD-AP camera with license plate recognition? I saw a video where such recognition was done.

The website where this camera is sold says that this feature is available.

I can't say for sure if this model does support proper ANPR/LPR.

It is a long obsolete/EOL model and I'm not sure it was ever available in our UK/EU region so we have no experience with this model.

Digging for a user manual online I found this one which on p140 mentions Road Traffic & number plate detection, so it might be possible.
