Camera freezing when moving?

hey hello everyone, today I am attaching a video that shows my problem, I have a P1468-LE connected to a Hikvision NVR is it jumps frame rates you will see at 10:21:24 it freezes, note that the results are the same on my NAS Syngnology the frequencies also jump at times on the video, how to fix this? an idea ?

Where was the video extracted from? Directly from the camera, from the Hikvision NVR, or from the NAS?
Have you checked that the stream settings (e.g. resolution, frame rate, H.264/H.265 CODEC, etc...) are all set the same on the camera, NVR, and NAS?

Sometimes stream glitches like this can appear if the settings are not aligned.
