I noticed today that one of my cameras is appearing offline. I've not changed any settings etc but I just noticed today that I have no 5th camera anymore. I went to the back of the NVR and neither the orange or green light are flashing like the others. Should I give it a factory reset on the camera?

It could be due to many possible reasons.
You'll need to try to narrow down.
Try restarting the camera.
Try restarting the NVR.
Try fetching the camera to the NVR and connecting it with a short/bought cable to test.
