AX PRO Ax pro lcd keypad latency?

I have a ax pro lcd keypad ds-pk1-lt-we. It is not very far from the base.

There is always a latency between the message i see on the screen and what i am doing.

For example, i touch my fob and press disarm, it will show “please swipe or enter password” message on the screen for a few more seconds, then disarm and show the “disarmed” message.

The same when arming.

It used to have even more latency, with latest firmware updates, it got a bit better, but it is still slow.

Is there a way to fix this?

It is very confusing for some users.

Hi @Munu8744, we've checked our DS-PK1-LT-WE and it seems OK.
In Hik-Connect, if you: Open the main hub > press Devices > press on the Keypad, what firmware version does it show installed for it?
(V1.2.9 build 240516 looks to be the firmware for the main hub, but each peripheral gets firmware updates too.)

I just installed the june firmware update. The problem still continues.

My entry alarm delay is 30 seconds. It feels like even though i touch my fob very quickly, it takes forever to disarm and although on the screen I see “disarmed”, the alarm goes off.

With passcode entry, everything disarm happens much quicker
