Hi, we have some problems with AX-Pro DS-PWA96-M-WE V1.2.9 build 231207.
We would like to setup some automation rules like shown in the Hikvision video explaining setting up the automation like e.g. linking a door contact to a wall-switch for light.
We followed everything in the video:
- Setup the door contact as 24h zone, and a wall switch or relay for automation of the light switch.
On the relay or switch, we configured the linkage rules for manual, and also for Alarm, Zone alarm and the above door contact.
What is happening is that nothing is happening...
When the door contact is open a usual alarm of the area is triggered by the door contact. Nothing is triggered in the relay or switch. The manual switch works fine.
According to the video, the door contact should just trigger the relay for switching the light, but not trigger a full alarm of the ax-pro.
The components are ok, we have several relays and contacts and they all show the same behaviour.
Is there anything which needs to be configured e.g. globally in addition to make the link working?
