audio codecs compatibility issue!

I have three PTZ optics cam with an audio codec (AAC), and a Hikvision NVR that can recognize on G711, G722.. etc. The recorded audio has clippings and noise. I figured out that it is because of this issue.
I am thinking of using the 2 way audio input on the back of the NVR to feed in the audio of the cameras (they all share the same audio input), and record the videos, I am not sure if the device will record the audio and video together and produce one synced AV/audio.

Which NVR model please?
Have you checked the manual to see how the audio input can be configured?

I am using Hikvision NVR model DS-7600NI-Q2/P and I am also using ptz optics camera model PT12X-SDI-GY-G2.
I guess since it is a third party cam, Hikvision will not support the 2-way audio feature as far as I have tried.
I am now exploring the options of converting the video after downloading to better quality audio.

Any suggestions for good quality video converters?
