Aspect - NVR-12MPOE-32-6000 - how can I reset the password?

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup a CCTV system (Aspect - NVR-12MPOE-32-6000). But having difficulty in doing so....

Was bought 2nd hand, so no log on details or way of password recovery (as a code gets sent to a recovery address).

Is there any hacks / resets that could be done on the motherboard?
Or even anyone know where spares can be brought from?
