Hi,
Issue I have is that trying to connect M3024-LE onto Samsung (NVR XRN-1610SA AND XRN-810S) for client until they upgrade to camera station.
I created Onvif user on the camera, updated firmware to latest version. Also "allowed anonymous login" and also enabled the webservice within the plain config page as tech support today. Both Samsung Nvr''s are updated to latest firmware.
it seemed to connect using Onvif sucessfully to nvr successfully, but would not display video. I also tried to add via RSTP and Camera connected to Nvr but video kept dropping on and off.
I downloaded server report as per your tech support advice and opened this case.
This is urgent as is an offshore airport. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
