8 CH NVR system ?

Hello,

I have just joined your forum...hello.

I have joined because I am looking at changing my Swann 8 Channel NVR cctv system and I was wondering if anyone could give me details on a good reliable replacement.

Specifications are:

NVR
8 Channel POE outdoor cameras
Must be able to view remotely via android and iOS mobile devices.
At least 1TB hard drive.
Most of my current cameras around my house are in the immediate vicinity of the house, but one camera is about 50ft up the garden.
Reliability and easy set up is also a big advantage.

Hi,
We'd go with either Milesight or HikVision.
A Milesight 1009 (only 4x POE) or a 5016P (8x POE) or a Hik 7608 (8x POE).
Select an HDD separately to suit.
Both offer free Apps.
Select cameras to suit each site/application.
POE can be run up to 100m.

1X DS-2DE4A2201W-DE 2MP IR Mini PTZ

Trust me you will be blown away with the differance in quality in picture and build.
