I have been dealing with this issue since last year, I have 3 different sites in the state with an NVR DS-7732NI-M4/16P and 12 cameras DS-2CD2383G2-IU each. My client wants to see the live view on 3 smart TVs that he has in his office (one for each site). What would be the best approach please?

I can see the camera on the iMac through iVMS4200 and also in the Safari browser (with plug in from Hikvision site). I downloaded the mobile app iVMS 4500 HD and it won't access the camera when I am somewhere else. I also tried access it through Safari on the iPad and nothing happening there...
