I bought my HikVision system from use-ip about 1 year ago and it generally works ok, however I have a few niggles which suggest it’s not quite set up correctly. I set up via ‘plug and play’ and I use the NVR as a virtual host for the cameras.

We have spoken to Hikvision Support and they have told us they are aware of this problem and their Web/technical teams are working to fix the portals.
