I've got the same issue on the Hikvision indoor station using the inbuilt HIK connect app. Every 5-10 minutes the video just comes up with a play symbol in the middle. Truly awful system to use the indoor station.

I managed to sort it out. For some reason, my gateway IP had appeared in the DNS address!! Very strange. Set it back to the normal Google 8.8.8.8 and it's working fine. I had an issue with the notifications last week, very strange, I had to delete all events and set them all back up again, now...

I'm getting a strange conflict. The app shows the device as offline on the phone, Ipad and door station. However, the device is very much online after logging into it through chrome, it is also still picking up and recording events, which are viewable within the hikvision app!!

I have a DS-KH9510-WTE1(B) indoor station used solely for viewing the camera inside the property. Recently it has started pinging every time there is an event. I have tried to silence the noise but unfortunately, nothing stops it other than logging into the Hikvision NVR and disabling lined...

I noticed today that one of my cameras is appearing offline. I've not changed any settings etc but I just noticed today that I have no 5th camera anymore. I went to the back of the NVR and neither the orange or green light are flashing like the others. Should I give it a factory reset on the camera?

I can at least browse for the DAV file on I.E 11 but it just says upgrade failed immediately. Looks like a USB stick when I get home! Would you mind sharing 4.1.65
