For now I have two Ezviz devices and one Hikvision DS-2CD1347G2-LUF. So, definitely, they are incompatibile with protection perimeter for M Series NVRs? I must to add other devices in this NVR. What features will they need to have to be fully compatible?

Unfortunately no fix. I check VCA option in my devices. They not have but I'm sure that smart events worked with same devices in the two previous NVRs that I own.
