Me too, upsets me as I loved this feature

Did you get this sorted? Doesn't seem to be the option there for me on V5

Ive added mine as an Access control device however it shows as Offline in my access control device list, If I add it as a Video device it shows as 'Online" Any ideas?

Its never been available on V5 as far as i can see, was a great little feature not sure why it would have been removed

Does anyone know if theres a way to have “full screen monitoring on motion? Or if theres any plans for it to return, it seemed like it was removed on V5 release but was really handy for my screen to go full screen whenever a cam detected motion

I dont know exactly without checking, but its the same camera and firmware of a camera that it is effecting, so cant be cam/cam firmware related

I updated a while back but inly jut reported here. And yes effects different cameras, i have 5 colorvu and a cheap amazon tapo camera which has the same problem as the colourvu camera

I have the M2 on this firmware, its odd as a couple of my cameras show motion events on the timeline on hik connect, but the others dont, i guess this is the same for everyone, any news on when this might be fixed?

Hi guys Noticing it’s super slow to load the playback timeline on my hik connect app, seems more apparent on my 8mp colorvu camera Using the 7608NI-M2 NVR on the most recent firmware. Is there any settings that I can change etc to help with this?

You noticed anything with playback in hik connect? Mine has gone painfully slow after this update at loading the timeline.

Weird, im definitely on the latest of both but still some minor issues when going back a few days etc. will keep an eye

Thats exactly what it was, never needed it for any other purpose other than doing the firmware on a doorbell! I reckon you may be able to force it back to hik firmware on there Flycop

I also had a problem also updating the firmware through the doorbell ip gui. I downloaded a programme on my pc from the hik site which allowed me to manually upgrade the firmware, i cant remember what the programme was called. It wasnt SADP but something along those lines Thinknit may have...

Hi Guys, Wondering if anyone has a fix for trying to add my KV6113Wpe1(C) doorbell to my 7608NI-M2 NVR. All working fine on my hik connect app however when trying to add it to my nvr to playback i keep getting “Device Type Mismatch”

Yeah its there on mine - 7608 M2, thought it would work after your post, just tried it but same error
