Not really "track", but the ptz will move to the point on the panoramic view. This is stationary and will not move to another point until you select one. Really disappointed me in my purchase, since the cameras I purchased do not work with smart track... They are all in a box now.

I get an error HCNETSDK.dll when trying to configure the smart linkage. Do not know if this helps. When using the iVMS-4200 for Windows I get all the same menus and options.
