I found the solution, today. Even though the camera was purchased as brand-new, a PIR-ALARM was active. I was able to identify the IP of the camera and use the web interface to edit the configuration. Know the camera provides a video stream and works as wanted.

Hello, after my last tries, i put the camera aside for nearly a year, but now i did try Dan tips. Nothing works. I switched to POE, no change, the camera keeps alarming all the time it starts up. No reset is executed.

Hi Dan, the alarm noise does repeat. I have plugged in an external Power supply. I have not tried to set it up on Wifi. I have not connected it to the LAN, thus, i don't have infos with the SADP tool. Regards, L.
