Does it need to specifically show the (C) on the device model? I have a DS-7616NXI-I2/S at home which is with the latest (C) firmware and two iDS-7204HUHI-M1/S which are on the latest (C) firmware too but all of them do not show (C) on the webgui.

I have the same issue as you, after updating the ntercom and getting pictures to show on the app, after about 5 were uploaded, all of the other ones say "loading pictures failed". After a reboot of the intercom, I get around 5 pictures that are ok and then the rest have the uploading failed issue.

Update, just tried it out, it works and shows the photo under notifications. But the photo quality was only 720p

I am not currently in site to test it (will update when I do) but do I need to populate the microsd on the intercom itself and have notifications enabled on the app? Does it mean that with the new firmware there are no settings to be configured for the capture and images to be uploaded to...
