There should be a newer firmware version for you to upgrade to. If you go to the firmware menu on the Hikvision Global website you can search for your camera and should then see the most up-to-date firmware version for your camera. Once the camera has been upgraded, give the ONVIF settings...

The first thing to check would be your firmware, could you let me know what firmware your camera is running, please? You can find this under Basic Information when logged into your camera through a web browser (To get there you will need to go to Configuration, System and then System Settings).

It may be better to try viewing the cameras using Hikvision's iVMS-4200 software instead. The download link for iVMS-4200 is below... https://www.hikvision.com/uk/support/download/software/ivms4200-series/

What browser are you using to view the camera in, please?

Could you send a screenshot of what you are seeing, please? What are you running Hik-Connect on (iPhone or iPad etc.) and what iOS version is it running?

There should be another Hik-Connect update (Version 6.6.410) for iOS. Does updating to this sort your issues?

Unfortunately, at the moment Hikvision doesn't have any wireless battery-powered doorbell cameras, we are also unaware of any 3rd party doorbell cameras that would work. The closest thing Hikivision do currently is the DS-KV6113-WPE1 which can use Wi-Fi.
