My line crossing detection seems to freeze the captured video but not the sound. It freezes on the image and the jumps 5 secs on the recorded time. How ever the sound still records in the frozen image. I'm not sure if it's when the entry is triggered as the exit doesn't freeze. I had this a...

Thank you. It wasn't ticked in local nvr. I have done it now so will check it tomorrow and see if line works. I have unchecked basic events though but left all smart markers checked.

No mate. Mine does that. What doesn't work any more is the line crossing detection line drawing option on play back. It doesn't show any triggers anymore.

I will check it all when I get in I never updated the g5 firmware as said earlier, it also looks like the g5 firmware upgrades caused loads of issues anyway.

I don't get smart events but only on the line crossing that is set in the camera. None of the playback lines or grids I put up on screen showing playback works.
