Hi Everyone I have the same problem with My Hikvision NVR Most of the time the bell icon appears, but after a few days the thumbnail appears But without making any changes or modifications What's the reason؟؟

I bought two Hikvision 4MP Fixed Dome Network Camera (DS-2CD1143G0-I) and I found inside them silica gel bag So should I remove the moisture absorber silica gel bag from the camera or not?

Do I have to enable the hik connect and set the verification code on every camera, even when it is connected direct to the NVR ? because now I can see only one camera through the hik connect app

Dears I can see only one camera on Hik-connect app(android) and the other 3 cameras showing (device is offline) but in reality there is internet connected I can see them on the NVR screen working properly. noting that on iVMS-4500 app they are working All cameras with the same model...
