Is it a difficult conversion to Hik-Connect?

Hi Phil, In the USA here, so I'm not sure if there is a difference. My system was constantly rebooting for about 2 weeks and finally that has stopped (it corrected itself I suppose, because I didn't change anything). In the meantime during all the reboots, I am not able to connect to my system...
