Ok, so I downgraded to v1.2.8, it’s now arming so there is a bug in that firmware but it’s deleted all my peripherals. I now to get the ladders out to add the sounder and sensors ☹️

@Phil will i be able to downgrade to the v1.2.8 firmware?I could try that and see if it fixes it? Alarm is completely useless right now.

that’s the firmware that’s on the Ax Pro now Phil, not sure what it was on. Tried rebooting multiple times, just will not arm. I haven’t been out the house since Tuesday which is when I updated it. Just seems like it’s this firmware.

Updated the ax pro firmware yesterday using the hik app. Now when I go to arm it, it’s saying failed to arm. Anyone else having issues? Regards Paul

One issue I can see is that when I open hik-connect it doesn’t refresh the pictures of my cctv cameras. It would usually refresh the current picture of them so I didn’t have to click each camera to view the feed. Not sure if this is the firmware issue or hik-connect needs an update but it’s...

Morning guys, so there is an update for the AX pro today. Model DS-PWA64-L-WE firmware v1.2.3 210401 just updated it through hik connect but I can’t see it on the portal. you guys able to get hold of the release notes?

I think there is some bug in the latest update. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Mine was doing that yesterday while at work, thought it was a blip on my phone, interesting others have the same issue.
