Hello, I own a Hikvision PTZ camera, model DS-2DF8236IX-AELW. At night, it regularly loses night vision for about twenty seconds and sends me a motion detection notification. The day/night sensitivity is set to minimum 1. Do you have any idea what might be happening? Thank you Best regards
