Hi, My question is can i use the firmware for DS-7608NXI-K2/8P(2T) to my NVR DS-7608NXI-K2/8P , After i google i found both are very similar the only key difference between them: This model comes with 2TB of pre-installed storage (hard drive included)

I have question i am confused, why when i play back from hik-connent LAN connection i can’t view human and vehicle event log But view from WAN (p2p) human and vehicle event log appears. Any idea why ?

Pls. help why do I have duplicate pictures when I search for vehicle or human? Both ivms-400 or GUI have the same problem. As you know the maximum pictures saved is limited to 4000. I have the latest update for NVR DS-7608NXI-K2 / 8P and camera DS-2CD2047G2-L thx.
