    Problem with DVR

    Hik-Connect App won't open on my Android mobile phone?

    I've got android phone. My phone did an update like they do every so often. But now I can't even open my hik connect app! It literally won't let me open it at all! Has anyone had this before? I'm guessing it's to do with my phone being updated. At least I think that's when it stopped working.

    Device offline!!!!

    Hi. I've got hikvision camera and all of a sudden tonight it said device offline on my mobile!!! It seems to be working through my Tele still But I can't see the cameras at all on my mobile!! And these cameras are really important. I don't know what to do!!
