Just installed a DS-2DE4A225IW-DE S6 to a ds 7608ni i2 8p and as the device is added to my hik connect account, i can see the presets. But the shared users can only use the joystick and zoom functions. Even in landscape mode it's not showing. Any ideas or fixes?
