i have a hilookvision ptz that i was able to view on my laptop but now i can`t connect to it.i downloaded the iVMS-4200(V3.5.0.5_E).exe but i can`t activate the camera.

dropdown only says user name ,super user and login time, no log out option anywhere that i can see

I just got a hilook ptz camera and was able to set it up and view it on my laptop but i can`t get it on my phone. I tried hilook and ivms-4500 apps but both say connection failed. Also i have another laptop that i can`t get the programme to work on either. Any ideas? thanks
