i have 2 hilook ptz cameras at a remote location and i can view them on ivms 4200 software . how can i find the ip address for these cameras? i can only see the serial numbers.

3 cameras all work fine using ivms-4200 on my laptop and phone , but when i go outside my home network one camera is offline. i have it added as ip address and the other 2 under hilook domain. i tied adding it by hi domain but won1t connect. any ideas?

for some reason my cameras are offline.i can view them on my mobile devices but not on my laptop.i tried uninstalling and reinstalling ivms 4200 but cameras won`t come online.tried serial numbers and ip search. any ideas? thanks

i somehow got it to work again. after reinstalling ivms twice it finally came back online. the ip had changed and i changed it when i added the camera and it workred but when i check the cam ip now it does not list the new ip. there is no nvr, but any way it`s working now .thanks for the help

i can view this camera on hilook software but i would like to view it also on my optiview programme as well.that software does not recognize that camera being online.i guess there is a compatibility issue?
